Hush (Thomas Elliot) is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by Jeph Loeb and Jim Lee, the character first appeared in Batman #609 in January 2003 as part of the twelve-issue storyline Batman: Hush.

Hush appeared as the main antagonist in the the DC animated film Batman: Hush, an adaptation of the original story where he was voiced by Maury Sterling. However, unlike in the original story Hush was revealed to not be Tommy Elliot.

Developing the super-villain persona Hush, Tommy began a series of campaigns designed to weaken and kill the Dark Knight. Over the years, Hush has nearly killed Catwoman, disguised himself as Bruce Wayne with plastic surgery, and mobilized all of Batman’s villains against him.

Hush is the childhood best friend of Bruce Wayne, grown up to become one of Batman's greatest enemies. In his civilian identity he is a brilliant and wealthy neurosurgeon named Thomas Elliot. His devious and manipulative tactics making him an extremely formidable opponent.
