The Helicopter Aircrew Breathing Device (HABD) training is typically scheduled at Training Air Wing FIVE before checking-in to HT-28. If NOT completed, the HT-28 Schedules Officer will provide a training date, however, it is your responsibility to sign-up online for that particular date.

In May 2023, LtCol Rateike reported to MATSG-21 in Pensacola, FL and assumed the role of Executive Officer while also earning his initial instructor qualifications in the TH-57. He joined the team at HT-28 as the Prospective Executive Officer (PXO) in July 2024.
