Feb 15, 2023 · Did you try talking to a recruiter… They can see the most up to date vacancies, from what I’ve heard, the HRCAPPS vacancy search tool isn’t very accurate at all right now due to IPPSA implementation. That being said, speaking generally, all reserve aviation in Florida is at MacDill in Tampa and Clearwater.

Oct 7, 2022 · Google hrcapps.army.mil, go to tools and you’ll see a button for a map or location. There you’ll have a drop down arrow to select your rank, MOS, and state you want. You don’t have to have everything selected.
AGR for Officers : r/armyreserve - Reddit
In your situation, I'd drop an AGR packet but also look for an ADOS tour. In my experience, it's rare for 2LTs to be picked up AGR, but there's no harm in asking. The packet's on hrcapps and super easy to fill out. One other thing to consider: if getting a deployment patch matters to you, you want to do that before you go AGR.
