Sep 7, 2010 · Rotello T is a fleet service (HD) engine oil that also works well with a wet clutch, and from my experience it seems to hold up better in a gear box than the Honda oils and the clutch action is better. If the oil is only for the gear box and wet clutch then a good gear oil is best choice, and the best and easiest to find gear oil is ATF.

Jan 7, 2021 · My fan never comes on with Amsoil 0w-40, it came on constantly with other oils I've tried, specifically Honda HP4 was the worst. Nothing more needs to be said. Nothing more needs to be said. I'm sure I'll get to 50,000 miles on the 450L and the cylinder cross hatch marks will not have worn through yet and still be visible.

Mar 29, 2016 · Hp4m is hp4 with Moly, great for the engine side, will ruin your clutch in the tranny side. Hp4s is fine for either side. there is also the honda 80/85w trans oil in the red bottle

Dec 17, 2021 · I highly recommend the OEM air/oil filters and Honda HP4 oil. Your bike has spent the majority of its life under substantially more load in sand, not to mention the abrasive medium. Your bike's longevity says a lot about your riding style, maintenance, and Honda engineering.
