In my experience with a 2019 CRF450L , the stalling goes away after about 1200 miles and the jerky throttle response is reduced from 1200 to 1500 miles.

Dec 26, 2020 · Takes a kit including a longer bolt. Not just the crf450x muffler. Above all else don’t listen to anyone who doesn’t have an aftermarket muffler on a 2021 RL. They seem to think catalytic converters are to make them run cooler. Can’t melt the air box. Don’t need a vortex. After 200 miles my RL quit trying to stall all the time.
