Mar 19, 2020 · Sorry. I missed the "sc" part. Never used it, but Hodgdon's website says H4831 and H4831SC are "an exact ballistic match". Both labels show the same 25-06 load of 52.0 grains with a 117 grain bullet. Nosler lists 52 grains as max for H4831. You should be good to go with Nosler's H4831 data.

Apr 16, 2014 · I just started using H100V in 257 Roberts and I'm getting just a hair over 3000 fps with 115 gr Nos BT over 45 gr in a 24" barrel. That's about 200 fps higher than the next powder in line velocity-wise. 46 gr pushes 3100 fps, but was showing some cratered primers. Data is from the Hodgdon web site.

Jan 20, 2017 · Go to the Hodgdon reloading web site as they have load data for both IMR-4198 and H-4198. There is a slight difference between the two powders on burn rate and one requires about 2-4 grains less powder on max loads. The web site is free and carries load data for all of the Hodgdon powders which are many.

Jul 24, 2017 · I sent a note to Hodgdon regarding old reloading info to no avail. I reload and shoot .264 Win Mag 140 & 160 gr., 8MM Rem Mag 200 & 220 GR., and .375 H&H 300-gr. as well as many other lighter calibers. Any reloading suggestions? duckklr
