When adding complete set of CD albums (or singles in 5mm / standard jewel cases), as opposed to J-cards or Super-Jewel cases, I add the rear outer sleeve and spines separately each with their dedicated image.

In Germany and other countries those were usually issued in normal jackets, like LP albums, with a spine (and carried titles and numbers on it) and inner sleeves. Sometimes they were not gatefold and were a bit thicker (not the cardboard) to house two records in inner sleeves.

The only issue is sometimes the seam on the outer sleeves can obscure the spine text. Not a big issue, you should have your collection sorted in some logical way anyway (or just adjust your point of view a bit to the left / right).
