It probably didn’t have a Highbreed sample. Why would the Highbreed let a filthy Galvan have the precious, perfect genetic material?

The Highbreed knowing about inbreeding wouldn't necessarily stop them. Humans today know it's harmful, but some still engage in it. Countless Highbreed doesn't equal a diverse gene pool.
