Route 45 is a route in which you can only go south in. It has numerous paths crossing over a river going south. It has a pond near the south part of the route and has the north-eastern entrance to the Dark Cave. On Wednesdays & Saturdays, Cameron the Cameraman will appear near the waterfall and will take photos of you and your Pokémon team.

Make a few trips to pick them up. After completeing the events in Blackthorn City, you should have gotten a call from Professor Elm summoning you back to New Bark.
