Shikanoin Heizou [Note 1] (Japanese: 鹿野院平蔵 Shikanoin Heizou) is a playable Anemo character in Genshin Impact. He is the number one Tenryou Commission detective, harboring a rivalry with the Bantan Sango Detective Agency's Sango.

I made this when heizous drip marketing came out, and I was soooo disappointed with his design lmaooo. It's because of these fan arts where he was electro, inspired by Hu Tao and Ranpo from bsd. So it wasn't mihoyos fault, my expectations were just high.

Feb 8, 2022 · I want Heizou to be a cute, handsome detective boy in a suit who's kind of chaotic and enthusiastic. I'm a bit iffy about him having a moustache - but if it's a fake one he wears to look more mature/professional I'd be 100% down for that.
