Our department works for City residents and visitors, as well as our City employees to provide services that make our community safe, clean, and green. Our four department divisions include Facilities Management, Fleet Management, Landscape Maintenance and Streets Maintenance.

The glass-windowed Rotunda is a public gallery that serves as the ceremonial entryway for visitors to City Hall. This area is available for public use such as wedding or private ceremonies, receptions, installations and award presentations.

The Permit Center is a “one-stop” location in City Hall for the review of development projects and building plans. Use our online "permits engine" to find the permits you need, download related documents and get information about the process.

There are eight City-operated parking lots and two parking structures (with about 1,689 parking spaces) in the downtown area. The parking lots and structures are: free of charge, have posted time limits, and provide parking for downtown patrons.
