Harasta (Arabic: حرستا, romanized: Ḥarastā, Syriac: ܚܪܣܬܐ, romanized: Ḥarastā), also known as Harasta al-Basal or Hirista, is a town and northeastern suburb of Damascus, Rif Dimashq, Syria. [1] Harasta has an altitude of 702 meters.
