Welcome to the Happy Yogi. We have been breathing and moving together since 2007, and we have been enjoying our “new” studio space in Rockville MD since the spring of 2023. But we are more than just a yoga studio; we are a community working to bring peace to the world as we cultivate peace within ourselves.

Apr 2, 2025 · Offering in-person classes in our new studio in Rockville, "The Treehouse!" We also breathe and move in other spots in MoCo: join us for outdoor yoga in Aspen Hill and for Vinyasa with Dave on Mondays in Wheaton.

We have recently opened a new studio space on Baltimore Road in Rockville, where we offer morning and evening classes Sunday-Friday, and online classes 7 days a week, including: Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle, Restorative, Yin, Pilates, Yoga for Longevity and more!
