Jun 23, 2017 · Here is the 10 million dollar answer as I just adjusted the rotational limit stop - First, taking from the picture at the very top, the Rotational Limit Stop is the white plastic piece with the grooves directly underneath the wording HOTTER COLDER, you will need to first remove the outer brass end being held by the phillips screw.

Jan 18, 2021 · Hansgrohe is a high end unit with good quality. Problem is if parts (i.e. cartridges or O rings) ever need to be replaced you won't find them at big box stores but at authorized plumbing suppliers or buy online if you plan to do the repairs yourself.

Mar 20, 2012 · My parents have a model #06673820 Hansgrohe Brushed Nickel Interaktiv Monsoon 4"-8" Widespread Lav Faucet. It is leaking from the cold side. After shutting off the supply stops, I tried to pop off the cap on the cold handle, but it would not pry off, no matter how much I tried. It actually looks like it might be a "dummy" cap.

Oct 20, 2024 · I would like to change the cartridge on this Hansgrohe shower valve. However, I can't figure out how to remove the handle. The small hole does not appear to accept an allen key. Any ideas on how to remove this? A guess as to what model cartridge? And, whether it might have integral shut offs for the hot and cold? Thank you, Peter

Feb 19, 2022 · Not super familiar with Hansgrohe, but the 15930181 instructions says "The Quattro and Quattro Green diverters are for use in a three-function shower. Do not plug any outlet." The instructions also say that the 15930181 can be set to use any of the 3 connections, or any pair of them (6 possible settings). Sounds like you just need a 2-way diverter.

Apr 4, 2012 · My parents have a hansgrohe shower that takes a thermostatic cartridge (part #94282000). The cartridge is not leaking, but when you first turn on the water, it comes out scalding hot for a few seconds. Then the water becomes luke warm and it stays luke warm, regardless of where you position the temperature controller on the handle.

And you can't get both built into a trim from Hansgrohe, so you put in a separate pressure balancing component to use with the thermostatic shower valve? Nice idea. Given the thermostatic shower valve, what added benefit does the pressure balancing valve provide? Cheers ...

Mar 21, 2018 · Tonight the same problem happened, and warm water was coming out when it was on full cold. I quickly turned off the hot supply valve, but the warm water kept coming. So the faucet can only be the problem if the water is mixing across the cartridge when the water is turned off. The folks at Hansgrohe say that isn't possible.
