Henry Louis Stram (/ ˈ s t r æ m /; January 3, 1923 – July 4, 2005) was an American football coach. He is best known for his 15-year tenure with the Dallas Texans / Kansas City Chiefs of the American Football League (AFL) and National Football League (NFL).

Stram coached 17 years in professional football and had a career won-lost-tied record of 136-100-10. His victory total is eleventh on the all-time NFL coaches list. He finished his career with two seasons (1976 and 1977) as head coach of the New Orleans Saints.
