Aug 11, 2020 · Depends on the type of "hacker." There's white hats, which are generally "penetration testers" or "cyber security" and they break into systems on purpose to find flaws and fix them. Sometimes there's bounties put out by companies to try and get the community to beat their system, and they'll reward them.
