
Did HRC move their website to only allow NIPR access now?
Feb 9, 2023 · I used to have no problem logging into the HRC website (evaluations.hrc.army.mil) from my personal computer using my own CAC reader. The last few days I haven't been able to login unless I'm using a gov't computer connected to a NIPR network. Is this just a me thing, or did they go the route of FMSweb and block access from commercial networks now?

The army looks at us and goes "nah, we don't need these dudes" even though I'm the ONLY ORGANIC AND GARAUNTEED INDIRECT FIRE ASSET TO AN INFANTRY BATTALION. Go and get IMLC, which is super important and essential? Nah, still ain't worth anything. Theres like 6 or 7 people in a battalion that can do my job. I think I'm kinda worth a little money.

This really never worked out and HRC essentially placed your at “Needs of the Army” saying something something about career progression. Sometimes, if you went to the ASK’s “Requisitions” tab, you would see something, but that was very rarely.
