Apr 6, 2011 · I now own both the Hk45C and 3rd gen glock 19. The Hk is definitely the better gun in all aspects except reliability. We both know glock and hk make bomb proof pistols so i guess they tie there.

Mar 22, 2019 · The factory HK45c grip is slippier because the grip pattern is less aggressive and thinner (no palm swells) than the HK45 and P30. It takes more time and effort to master the grip to maintain a firm no-slip hold shot-to-shot.

Dec 3, 2020 · That being said, all the HK45C pistols I‘ve owned have all been great, built like tanks, highly accurate, and carried well. I typically carry my P30S as my EDC, but the HK45C is very similar sized to the P30 (which ironically is also similar to a G19).

Sep 28, 2012 · The HK45C is a much better sized, more comfortable pistol, in my opinion. I can't understand what the purpose of the grove beneath the trigger is in the trigger guard of the HK45. Some services will fix that and fill it in, as it should have been.

Sep 22, 2012 · It should be a Glock 19 grip instead of a Glock 26 grip and that giant baseplate. The HK45C may give up 2 grounds, but the grip is the same size as a Glock 19. I don't like how thick the Glock 30 feels.

May 5, 2014 · Size wise, it seems closer to the Glock 19/23 in size than the 30S. The 30S is shorter but fatter in the frame and only really noticeably shorter when carrying the 9 round flush magazine. With the 10 round magazine it's a bit more comparable.
