The h3h3 video was critical commentary, in that the whole point of their video was to analyze the original video and comment about what was good or bad about it.

Answer: Triller had the rights to the Jake Paul fight, a pay per view event. They announced that many people were illegally restreaming the event to people for free and planned to sue these people. H3H3 was caught admitting on his podcast that he pirated the stream. That’s somewhat up to interpretation as to what that means.
