Sep 3, 2014 · Typically the gyms here are absolutely insane from 4:30PM-6:30PM and I have found that in the morning from 6-8AM the gyms I've been to are almost completely dead. It also seems most people in my area are on a similar 3 day split so Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are usually very, very busy.

I wake up at 3:45am, head to the gym (10 minute drive from my house). I workout from 4am to 6am, take a bath, and head to work at 7am before the 8am shift starts. I go home at 5pm, eat dinner at 6pm, and then sleep at 8pm. Somehow here 7 years in the future!
