You pull the top of it over your head and then down on your shoulders, before pinning it on the shoulder. The part over the head essentially becomes a hood.

Jul 21, 2023 · I'm guessing he hooks one corner of his cloak, wraps it around him (from back to front), then hooks the other corner. There's a knot or fold sticking out from the front, which may be the excess before he stuffs it into the hooks.
