Jul 11, 2019 · You just need to set the correct handler that picks up your guitar and pad type Guitar. Probably the one that will pick up the PS3 Guitar by default is MMJoystick. You also need to apply the game patches as the RPCS3 hardcoded Guitar ID is the Guitar Hero one and Rock Band does not support it at v1.00, only at a later update.

Ingame: I get some lag spikes while playing, preventing it to be properly classified as Playable. Maybe they don't happen on decent hardware? Jul 23, 2020 · Hi there, I'm having problems running the Guitar Hero games. Rock Band games works really fine but Guitar Hero Metallica, Van Halen, Warriors of Rock and 5 gives me lag. I don't know if this is an audio issue or a gpu issue because I disable the audio out and the game works fine (except for the flickering) but it runs smoothly.

I've been playing the guitar hero series lately and until now, apart for the occasional lag, they have ran fine. I haven't used the emulator for a few days but when I came back the game has started to freeze after about 5 minutes or so, even if just left at the start menu.
