The Great Cow Harbor 10K Run has named the staggered start after the person who designed it, John J. Pitfick. The race starts staggered to keep runners moving and provide the safest race possible.

Cow Harbor Day kicks off at 12 noon with our own parade down Main Street! The parade starts at the Brosnan Administration Building on Laurel Avenue in Northport Village and continues down Main Street to Woodbine Avenue.
