Jun 15, 2023 · It's far more ergonomic and natural to be regular on a fingerboard. Like when you turn a door knob with your right hand, it's much easier to turn it clockwise. I would guess that <1% of fingerboarders are goofy. If you look at the whole body it has an axis of symmetry down the middle. The hand does not.

Like the position you get after frontside 180? I think left hand and right hand is more equivalent to goofy and regular as far as fingerboarding goes.

Aug 15, 2023 · I ride a real skateboard goofy and I've always fingerboarded with my pointer finger on the tail and moving towards my pinky with my right hand. It feels very natural for me.

Aug 29, 2016 · There is no real way to do goofy on a fingerboard. But with that said, you can do switch tricks with your index finger on the tail, nollie tricks with it on the nose, and fake tricks rolling backwards with your middle finger on the tail
