Here's a heady piece for my family, a sculptural celebration of sorts. I wanted the arms to squeeze tiny springs into submission and the jaws to open. Of course I did. But small springs weren't strong, and the arms too delicate to suffer the in's and out's of my pockets. After making it work, I decided it didn't work.
