If we repeat the entire fight again, but this time Sukuna is destroying Gojo's domain from the inside, Sukuna won't take any fatal hits since the fight inside the domain won't last for 3 minutes, meaning Sukuna will cast the 5th domain in time and again destroy Gojo's domain, resulting in Gojo getting overheated and bleeding.
