Gogrial (also rendered and romanized in Arabic as Qaqriyal) is a town in South Sudan. Gogrial is located in the Gogrial West County of Warrap State, in the Bahr el Ghazal region of South Sudan, [1] close to the borders with the Republic of Sudan and the Abyei region.

Gogrial State was a state in South Sudan that existed between 2 October 2015 and 22 February 2020. [2] It was located in the Bahr el Ghazal region and it bordered Twic to the north, Aweil East to the northwest, Aweil to the west, Wau to the southwest, Tonj to the southeast, and Northern Liech to the northeast.

Gogrial West County is located in Warrap State. It borders Twic County to the north and Gogrial East County to the east. It also borders Western Bahr el-Ghazal State (Jur River County) to the south and Northern Bahr el-Ghazal State (Aweil South and Aweil East Counties) to the west.
