I cant think of any other constitutionally guaranteed/protected rights that are taxed in such fashion. Oct 24, 2006 · YEAH !!! thats a 450 Marlin --18" with brake-- Stock TC Barrel and IT IS LOUDDDDD -- but really the TC custom shop and many other custom shops will make you a barrel from 16 1/4 " to 26" for an encore carbine and really if you try a TC carbine with a short Barrel usually you will not want or need a real short barrel once you shoulder one of the guns ??
