Apr 9, 2018 · All rounds fed, fired and ejected 100% reliably. I had a couple of brass cases eject toward my head while seated but most ejected 3-5 feet to my right. Again, ejection with the conversion barrel is as consistent as with my Glock 17.4 and 19.4. I am using a Glock factory and PMAG 9mm magazine for the testing.

Nov 25, 2017 · I’ve only seen one pistol blow up on the range, and it was a micro 9 that was not a Glock-Sig-Hellcat-Kahr-S&W….. It was issued by a police department that also issued 9mm +p+ when the gun’s manufacturer only recommended standard pressure non +p. It was being shot with +P FMJ rather than duty ammo when it came apart.

I think the 9mm Mak is a better cartridge than the 380 and not only do you have the Underwood ammo for defensive use, but Buffalo Bore offers a Plus+P 115 grain hardcast Flat point that is rated at 1000 fps.

Jan 20, 2024 · If you're not carrying a Mossberg Shockwave IWB loaded with 12ga 00 buckshot, you're going to get killed in the streets due to lack of stoppin power and quick rounds downrange, since you can't put 9 rounds of 9mm or .40 downrange as fast as one round of buckshot. The fastest splits are the ones where multiple projectiles go downrange at once!

Dec 10, 2024 · From 5" to 9" with 200g XTPs, you will pick up about 80 to 90 fps. Powder variance makes a difference of maybe 10 fps. From 5" to 16" with 200g XTPs and slightly slower powder you can get a bit over 200 fps. I found 15" to be optimal for my 10mm loads, but went with 16" barrels in the ARs because of those pesky laws.

Jul 24, 2018 · I went to the range today, fired one magazine with a mild hand load of 147 gr plated bullets above 3.9 gr of BE-86, and then a magazine of 124 gr Speer +P Gold Dots with each ejector installed. 336 first, then 30274, then 47021. Jul 11, 2016 · I've owned a number of conversion barrels for Glocks. Currently have four to convert the 35,22,23,27 40/9. All have been Glock reliable after adjusting OAL on some bullet profiles. The Lone Wolf conversion barrels typically have a short leade, which may require some OAL adjustment if shooting reloads.
