[v5] Creating Ghoul Characters : r/WhiteWolfRPG - Reddit
Feb 11, 2020 · V5 doesn't have specific rules for ghoul PCs, like prior editions had. You can use the basic character creation and the ghoul rules from pg. 234 of the core book to make a ghoul character if you want, but it's basically a normal mortal with better healing times and a single Discipline power.
Doresain the Ghoul King CR25 Statblock : r/DnD - Reddit
Apr 11, 2021 · I am planning to run Doresain the Ghoul King (lieutenant of Orcus in the published lore) as a sub boss for the final arc of my 1-20 Orcus campaign. Players are currently level 18 and have been whomping the monster manual cover to cover.
Vampire 5th Edition Ghouls : r/WhiteWolfRPG - Reddit
Apr 4, 2019 · if you stop feeding a ghoul, they are going to try to seek out other blood. Former ghouls are weak points for enemies to exploit. You could kill ex-ghouls to prevent this, but that’s more humanity stains a reliable long-term ghoul is going to be a retainer, and should probably be “locked in” with an XP purchase or via the Project rules.
Abyssal Ghoul : r/UnearthedArcana - Reddit
Jan 22, 2017 · The Abyssal Ghoul is a creature from the 3.5e Fiendish Folo. I really liked the idea when I saw this creature, but I'm playing 5e so I had to attempt to convert it over. I used a bunch of online resources in an effort to make this conversion make more sense. Here is the link for the creature's stat block. Updated with Phylea reccomendations

Mechanics for a PC turning into a ghoul : r/UnearthedArcana
Jan 8, 2019 · The central mechanic is that the player moves through stages, become more ghoul-like in the process. They gain certain traits and abilities as well as some significant drawbacks. Each midnight they must make a con save (with disadvantage if they didn't feast on a corpse in the last 24 hours) or advance to the next stage.
So, could a ghoul paralyse an half-elf ? : r/dndnext - Reddit
Jul 1, 2021 · When I devised the ghoul for the D&D game it was most assuredly with non-living energization, that is undead status, that enabled these creatures to exist and hunger for the flesh of dead humans and their ilk. The negative energy of the ghoul is the reason for its paralyzing ability. Elves, having great positive energy, are thus immune to the ...
Expanded Ghouls by Sonixverse Labs : r/DnDHomebrew - Reddit
Feb 12, 2022 · I think it could do away with the instant kill part: I would much rather see, if a player goes down, a large number of ghouls converge toward the downed player to make an attack each (which, while still terrifying, lets players take opportunity attacks and have some agency to prevent two ghouls from getting successful attacks off), rather than ...
[Meta] Half-Elves and Ghouls : r/DnD - Reddit
Apr 4, 2017 · Hiya! In this instance I was referring specifically to the Ghoul paralysis. See below! Claws: Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) slashing damage. If the target is a creature other than an elf or Undead, it must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be Paralyzed for 1 minute.
