Kenjaku, also known by his host's name Suguru Geto, or Pseudo-Geto, is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Ryomen Sukuna) of the manga/anime series Jujutsu Kaisen. He is the creator/"parent" of both Yuji Itadori and Choso, and the latter's arch-nemesis, as well as the main instigator behind the conflict of the series.

Basically, remnants of Geto's soul had a jerk reaction to Gojo's words. Similar to how animals still have muscle contractions and reflexes in response to certain stimuli despite the head being cut off. Nothing major tho, don't think Geto will suddenly take back his body from Kenjaku.
