The Cegeka Arena is a multi-purpose stadium in Genk, Belgium. It is currently used mostly for association football matches and is the home ground of K.R.C. Genk . The stadium holds 23,718 [ 1 ] (of which 4,200 are standing places) and was built in 1999.

Cegeka and KRC Genk are pioneers: the first 5G stadium in Belgium will soon be a reality. Over the next ten years, the Hasselt-based IT group will give its name to our football temple. It has been in the offing for a while now: 5G, or the 5th generation in telecom, is coming.
