Nov 15, 2022 · Maverick and GBU-8 HOBOS are identical in guidance system, you lock something on the ground and they try to fly toward it. Maverick has a HEAT warhead and a rocket booster, GBU-8 HOBOS has more kaboom. The GBU-15 is basically identical to the GBU-8 HOBOS in game now.

Jul 29, 2023 · The main improvement over the GBU-8 that the GBU-15 has irl is the ability to lock a target after launch via remote control. I cant find a way that its modeled in game, which means you have no reason to use the GBU-15 over a GBU--8.

Oct 12, 2022 · AGM-65 right? Those are TV guided missiles, which needs the Weapon Lock (Air to Ground) keybind. TV guided bombs, such as AGM-62 Walleye, GBU-8, and GBU-15 uses the Lock Guided Bomb keybind. You may just have the Tv guided missile keying but not bomb.
