Rīgas autobusu fabrika (RAF) bija Latvijas PSR mikroautobusu rūpnīca, viena no lielākajām Padomju Savienībā, kuras produkciju eksportēja uz daudzām jaunattīstības valstīm. Sākotnēji tā atradās Rīgā (1954—1975), pēc tam uzbūvēja jaunus korpusus Jelgavā, Aviācijas ielā 18, un rūpnīcu pārcēla uz turieni (1975—1998).

Latvian Rīgas Autobusu Fabrika, (Russian: Рижская Автомобильная Фабрика) (abbreviated RAF) was a factory in Jelgava, Latvia making vans under the brand name Latvija. During the Soviet period, RAF was the only producer of vans in the Soviet Union. The RAF vans were used only by state enterprises, most often as ambulances and for public transit.

The RAF-2203 Latvija (nickname Rafik) is a cabover van designed and developed by Rīgas Autobusu Fabrika from 1976 to 1997. They were widely used throughout the USSR as fixed-run taxis (marshrutkas), medical cars, used for trade and as a special services vehicles.
