Dec 9, 2014 · American Bulldog Coffee Roasters, the gourmet coffee roaster and cafe, has opened a location at 31 North Broad Street in Ridgewood. This is the third location for owners Maleigha Liburdi and Gadi Gilan, they currently operate Bowery Coffee in Manhattan and the namesake American Bulldog in Chestnut Ridge, NY.

Gadi Gilan owns one of New York's best resources for rare and antique American lighting and industrial style furniture. His shop B4 It Was Cool, has been on East Houston Street long before the luxury condos and the organic super market, before the gentrification of downtown Manhattan.

This is Gadi Gilan, owner of one of the most interesting shops in NYC, B4 It Was Cool. This guy seriously has some amazing items, mostly awesome lamps. I asked him to take a portrait last week when I stopped by and when he asked why I said "because shops like this are disappearing from NYC.. I don't want to see you go but that's just the reality."
