Feb 18, 2019 · From May the only HSTs seen at Dawlish will be the CrossCountry ones running to and from Plymouth, plus the odd GWR service between Cornwall/Plymouth and Exeter worked by a four-car HST GTi set. Even when the full fleet of those eventually becomes available, which will be well after July, they are unlikely to get to Torbay much.
