I see that you say that you can't connect to outlook.com. I would like to ask if you are trying to use GMX mailbox in Outlook web version. Please point out if my understanding is wrong.

Jul 9, 2022 · The GMX account does not have 2-factor authentication. My previous PC had Windows Live Mail (WLM) on Windows 10 and WLM worked fine with the GMX account. Sadly, although GMX provide some information for configuring POP3 accounts with various e-mail clients including WLM, they make no mention of the Mail app :- (
