My hunt in GMU 81 during the 2020 season was quite an adventure, even though I did not fill my tag. I hunted solo in 2020 during the 3rd rifle season, which was my fourth year hunting in this wilderness unit. Conejos Canyon Outfitters provided freight service into the wilderness area.

Dec 9, 2015 · I hunted gmu 7 for years. Most of it around deadman and sand creek. Feel free to shoot me a pm for specific questions, or here for general. you might want to check success percentage there, it is pretty low for lots of reasons.
