Nov 7, 2016 · Actually I think the G35 is a much prettier car than the GTR; this one is just even better (love the flared fenders). The R35 looks really striking in the right color from certain angles (that silver color really accentuates all the interesting lines at dusk), but it's just not a pretty car. Too big and blunt in my opinion.

Sep 23, 2013 · Well the idea was to make a GTR look like a g35 or g37 so it would already have the performance; sort of as a sleeper (Still not sure if that term should be applied here.) I thought it would be an interesting concept that's all. Oh and the GTR wagon was cool but the front end is still too distinctive; its like saying "pull me over."

Feb 5, 2003 · The G35 is the Base SKyline. Now the car you are talking about is the GTR which ended production in Japan in 2002. Now the GTR will make a come back but it is no longer a Skyline, it will just be called the GTR. The Infiniti G35/Skyline v35 are not the GTR. Aug 7, 2008 · I would love to buy the new Nissan GTR, but it is out of my price range, and isn't a Skyline. It's a Nissan GTR. If this is as close as I can get to owning my dream car, then for the time being I'll enjoy it. I didn't buy this car thinking that I was buying an Infiniti G35, I bought the USDM Nissan Skyline. That makes me happy.

Jan 18, 2023 · Option 1: buy a GTR drive train and drop the g35 onto it. Option 2: buy a automatic awd g35, rebuild the transmission, torque converter and transfer case, then make a automated manual shift kit for your car, similar to a bmw smg transmission. Yes you won’t have a third pedal but it could driven only in manual mode.
