Jul 11, 2012 · The Fujifilm X10 offers a 2/3" sensor that is surpassed only by two cameras in its class, the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 and the physically larger and significantly more expensive Canon PowerShot G1 X.

The Fuji X10 is a very solid and well-made point-and-shoot digital camera, with the same tiny sensor size and resultant technical image quality as every other digital point-and-shoot. Technically, the X10 has nothing in common with the much larger sensor used in the Fuji X100 on whose coattails this Fuji X10 rides.

The Fujifilm X10 digital camera feature a new larger 2/3-inch 12-megapixel EXR CMOS sensor and a bright, high-definition Fujinon F2.0 wide-angle to F2.8 telephoto, 4x manual zoom lens (28-112mm) with a proprietary Super EBC (Electron Beam Coating) that produces superb image quality from edge to edge.

The Fujifilm X10 is a 2/3 sensor digital compact camera announced by Fujifilm on September 1, 2011. At the time of its release, it competed most closely with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX5, Olympus XZ-1, Canon PowerShot G1 X and Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100, [1] and was subsequently named a 2013 iF product design award recipient. Nov 8, 2011 · While the X100 has a larger APS-C sized sensor, best in class high ISO performance, a nice f/2 35mm equivalent prime lens, and a hybrid EVF/OVF that is superb, the X10 has a small sensor, not so great optical viewfinder, and a semi fast f/2-2.8 zoom lens built into the camera that is actually quite good.
