D3D doesn't have got real TB, no matter how developers call it (Triple Buffering on most games it's just Render Frames Ahead; a misnomer in disguise).

Aug 8, 2021 · If you are using an Nvidia GPU then in the NVCP, manage 3d options is a "Background Application Max Frame Rate" setting, turn it to "Off", check in the G-Sync/ G-Sync compatible settings that "For windowed and fullscreen" is also enabled, if available.
