The Fokker F.25 Promotor, first flown in 1946, was a single-engined, twin-boomed, four-seat passenger monoplane with a pusher engine mounted at the rear of a central nacelle. It was of wooden construction and has fitted with a retractable nosewheel undercarriage.

The F25 twin-boomed monoplane was powered at the rear of the fuselage by a single 190 hp, 6-cylinder Lycoming O-435-A pusher engine. The wings and fuselage consisted of a wooden construction while the twin booms and engine plating were constructed with aluminum.

De F.25 was een laagdekker met achter de romp twee staartbomen en werd aan de achterzijde van de romp aangedreven door een 190 Pk 6 cilinder Lycoming O-435-A motor met een duwpropeller.
