Jun 20, 2020 · Yes, I’ve done it a few times for the same reason. If for some reason the bowl isn’t big enough and the dough might touch the foil during its rise, just coat the inside of the foil with a little oil (or butter, or whatever you use to keep the dough from sticking to it).
