Nov 18, 2017 · Even if it was a fireworm, it wouldn't hurt anything in your tank. There are 2 kinds of "fireworms" that are harmful- Bobbit worms ambush prey (fish) and can bite them in half, and bearded fireworms are very specialized eaters that dine on gorgonians.
