But the regular Firefox app is unusable imo. You're better off using AdGuard Pro with Safari, then Firefox Focus for all disposable web browsing.

The nice thing about firefox and it's forks, they all use the same sync platform, so I can use any firefox based browser and sync with any firefox based browser on a different device.
