Jillana (born 1934) is an American ballet dancer and instructor, and a former principal dancer with New York City Ballet.

As a trained organizational psychologist, flower remedy practitioner, and mindbody facilitator, the process of working with Jillian is rooted in connection; she cultivates an embodied, exploratory experience to connect mind, body and spirit.

Hi, I’m Jillian. You can also call me JJ - an intuitive coach who lives and works from a place of possibility. Working with me is the right fit for folks who want to challenge the status quo in their lives and in the world.

The Jillana School is an intensive summer program, directed by Jillana, authorized teacher of the Balanchine Technique® & Balanchine Style®, and is fashioned for the young pre-professional, ages 11-17. Balanchine Technique® will be stressed in all technique, pointe, variation, and repertory classes.

Jillana was Guest Lecturer at the University of Iowa and Southern Methodist University. She taught at the DanceAspen Summer School for 11 years, the last two serving as its Director. Currently Jillana is the Director of the Jillana School.
