Nov 22, 2023 · Where is the file tab. Where is the refresh tab. Why cannot I find anyway of getting my contact to load into my contact list when people email me. I am told to click file tab and advanced setting but guess what no file tab. Is there some way of going back to the more easy to understand version of outlook. Any help greatly appreciated. P

Sep 26, 2023 · There is no File tab in the New Outlook yet, so you are not using the classic desktop Outlook client, which is where the File tab lives. Outlook New is a work in progress and is still missing MANY features available in the classic desktop client. Outlook New is Outlook for the Web (OWA) wrapped in what amounts to a PWA wrapper.
