With the aim of advancing global health data interoperability, the HL7 FHIR ACCELERATOR™ program assists communities and collaborative groups across the health care spectrum in the creation and adoption of high quality FHIR Implementation Guides or other standard artifacts.

The proposed scheme also facilitates the creation of reports formatted as standard FHIR resources. This paper leverages W3C Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) to record the image graphic annotations, and encapsulates the SVG image annotation in FHIR observation.

SHOULD be optimized for display as a 1 in / 2.54 cm square and formatted as SVG or 1024x1024 pixel PNG with transparent background. Logo should be be legible at small sizes (e.g., as small as 50x50 pixels).
