Femke Bol (pronounced [ˈfɛmkə ˈbɔl] ⓘ; born 23 February 2000) is a Dutch track and field athlete who competes in hurdling and sprinting. She specialises in the 400 metres hurdles, where she is the 2023 World Champion, and in the 400 metres, where she is the 2024 World Indoor Champion and the short track world record holder.

Over hurdles and on the flat, Femke Bol is a class apart at 400 metres in Europe. Bol dominated age group 400m competitions from 2015-19. While experimenting with the hurdles while still a teenager, she broke the Dutch U20 and U23 records and achieved the World Championship qualifying standard before taking gold in the 2019 European U20 Championships in Boras, Sweden.
