May 19, 2016 · In a nutshell, the Model 5 and 7 are the same siren. The majority of Model 5s and Model 7s use a motor rated at 7.5 or 10 HP. They were labeled as 5 HP to get around local rural electric mandates.

A model 5 is an omnidirectional siren from federal signal fedelcode and Darley. It is also apart of the Model X Series.

Dec 15, 2024 · Took my new MAC5 with me. First round had a light strike or the round just failed to ignite, other than that, no issues. I did only use the MKE mags I had bought. I forgot I had my MAC mags with me. Shot slightly to the left at 15 yds.
